Everything was good, I loved fashionable rooms. The breakfast was freshly prepared and there was lots of food. It had great views and central heating, multi-channel television and a fridge. Staff was kind, helped me with everything...

Easy base for exploring Spetses Town. Good value, would recommend. Setting close enough to a nice bakery, a nice residential area, and a beautiful island. Btw, located in the center.

Located in a nice residential area, Theo Studios offers an incredible proximity to the center and is close to everything. the rooms are spacious, clean, and feature a well-maintained bathroom. the friendly landlord provides exceptional service, giving guests a warm welcome and helpful information about the area. the breakfast is prepared in advance, ensuring a convenient start to the day. the stunning view of the sea from the outdoor seating area adds to the overall charm. Guests can also enjoy the advantage of a tour around the beautiful garden.

The only downside is the possibility of carrying luggage up a fairly steep incline if you choose to stay here.

This lovely accommodation is located on a beautiful island with a nice promenade just a 5-minute walk away. the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the spacious terraces offer amazing views of the sea. the friendly and helpful staff goes above and beyond to assist guests with any requests. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find the room stocked with coffee, tea, and breakfast delicacies. the location is perfect, very close to the beach, where you can enjoy a swim and indulge in delicious cuisine at the nearby restaurant.

There was some noise at night, possibly due to a malfunctioning electronic device like the air-conditioner.

The studios have a great location, just a 5 minute walk from a lovely promenade and close to Kaiki beach. You can easily explore the center and have easy access to various restaurants and taverns. the rooms are comfortable, clean, and offer beautiful views of the sea. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing small touches like daily breakfast items and a coffee maker in the kitchenette.

Some rooms may have noise issues, as mentioned in one review, so it's advisable to avoid the ones facing the garden or main entrance.

the owners, Mr and Mrs Spyros, were incredibly warm and gracious throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist us whenever we needed help. Despite the language barrier, as we didn't speak Greek, they were able to communicate with us fluently in English. the room was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. We particularly loved the partial sea view from our room. the location was perfect for us, just a short 8-10 minute walk from the main ferry terminal. The owners provided a simple breakfast and generously stocked the room with ground coffee, filters, and sugars for us to enjoy at our convenience.

Theodosiou, our host, was incredibly helpful and friendly. the location was fantastic, close to great restaurants and bars. Clean and spacious room with all necessities provided. the breakfast in the fridge was a nice touch.

our stay at Theo Studios in Spetses was amazing. The quiet location surrounded by locals and the sound of goats made it a peaceful escape. The shared balcony with a sea view was perfect for starting and ending the day. Spiros, the landlord, was friendly and helpful.
